Goons Of New York – The YTC Story

Goons Of New York – The YTC Story is a documentary about the rise and fall of Chango and Titon’s multi-million dollar drug organization.

The YTC was a organized drug gang from the Upper West Side of Manhattan, New York. They were led by best friends Titon and Chango. Through the late 80s and early 90s YTC controlled a 12 block radius on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

YTC stood for the Yellow Top Crew, which was an ode to the color of the caps on the crack vials they were selling. Chango and Titon ran a well organized $5-million-a-year operation. Shockingly most of YTC’s 50 members were in their early 20’s and under. The newspapers referred to them as the Young Talented Children, an obvious play on the YTC initials.
